The re-launch of tile supply this month was partially to make it so much easier for you to find information and buy products online. One of tile supply’s aims was to make it easier for you to return items or report damages or missing items should you be unfortunate enough to need to. This can be done by scrolling down to the footer on tile supply’s website. In this footer at the bottom of the page you will be able to see a bold heading named ‘customer service’ and underneath it, another heading for ‘damages and returns form’. Click here to report any order problems to tile supply within 48 hours of receiving your order and tile supply will be happy and willing to help. This page will open up a simple form to fill in. All you are required to do is fill in the main essential information such as your name, email address, order number and order date. Once you have selected ‘continue’ on the bottom right of the form and this will automatically email your information or query to us at tile supply and we will review it and email back as soon as possible.
Tile supply has also provided you with information to help you fill in this form should you have any difficulties at all. This section can be easily found online at the bottom of each page underneath the heading ‘information’.
Tile supply’s online store payment check out is also much easier to use. Simply log in and follow a few simple steps. After each small section, click continue and the web page will slide effortlessly into the next section until before you know it your order for tiles or tile products has been confirmed.
