Storage: Bag: Store in sealed original bag at
temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
Avoid frost. This product must be stored
in unopened bags clear of the ground in
cool dry conditions and protected from
excessive drafts. If stored correctly and
used within 6 months of the date shown
on the bag, the activity of the reducing
agent will be maintained and this product
will contain, when mixed with water, no
more than 0.0002% (2 ppm) soluble
Chromium (VI) of the total dry weight of the
cement.

Bottle: Store in closed original containers
at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
Protect from frost.
Shelf Life: 6 months in correctly sealed bags.

INFORMATION
Ultra Floor Level IT two is a two part self-levelling floor compound that combines
excellent flow characteristics with strong adhesion properties through the inclusion
of a synthetic latex liquid component. Suitable for use over cementitious floor
substrates, hard adhesives residues, asphalt and timber, and can also be used
under Ultra Floor DPMs.

Surface Preparation
The surface being adhered to must be clean, firm, dry, free of dust, dirt, oil and
grease or any other contaminating barriers. Remove any flaking or peeling layers.
The substrate must be strong enough to support the weight of the adhesive and
the covering being fixed. If Ultra Floor Level IT two is to be applied on wood, it
should only be used as a coating of up to 5mm to smooth boards before overlaying
tiles. Direct to earth sub-floors must have Ultra Floor DPM IT applied to them prior
to the use of Ultra Floor Level IT two.

Priming
Porous surfaces should be primed using Ultra Floor Prime IT AR. Non-porous
surfaces should be primed using Ultra Floor Prime IT N. This will help to increase
bond strength and reduce the possibility of failure. Ultra Floor Prime IT AR should
be diluted in the proportion of 1 part primer to 3 parts water and applied with
a roller or brush. Allow the liquid to become translucent and nearly dry before
applying Ultra Floor Level IT two leveller. Very porous substrates may require an
initial coat diluted 5 parts water to 1 part primer before applying the above. Ultra
Floor Prime IT N is always used neat.

Mixing
Ultra Floor Level IT two powder should be added slowly to the latex and mixed for 3
minutes using a mechanical mixer. It should not be used with any other mixture, or
diluted with water. The latex should be shaken and poured into a clean container,
then the powder added slowly whilst stirring continuously. Note: Floor grade
asphalt should not be given more than one single coat (i.e. not more than 5mm
bed thickness).

Application
The mixed material should be poured directly onto the prepared substrate and
lightly trowelled to the required thickness with a solid bed trowel to achieve a
smooth surface texture. Prime substrate if very porous. At 3mm bed thickness, one
mixed bag of Ultra Floor Level IT two will cover 5.2m2. We recommend a set time
of approximately 2-3 hours. These set times are dependent upon temperature and
substrate and are based on laboratory tests conducted at 20°C.

Cleaning
Tools should be thoroughly cleaned in water to remove excess materials
immediately after use.
